Oral Surgery

Oral and maxillofacial surgery covers a wide spectrum of diseases, injuries and defects of the head, neck, face and jaw, with hard and soft tissues. This process includes the diagnosis, surgical and adjunctive treatment for these cases. Whether the case be tooth decay, dental crowding, temporomandibular joint pain (TMJ), or other complications, surgery may be required to return the entire mouth to good health.

Depending on the conditions, these types of oral and maxillofacial surgery treatments may apply:

·        Tooth extraction (including wisdom teeth)

·        Corrective jaw surgery

·        Dental implants
